Angeli Elliott, Founder

Angeli Elliott believes that a tech ready HR function is integral to building a powerful company of tomorrow. She founded TechReady HR to work with clients to modernize the HR value proposition through cloud technology. The end goal – to create a great user experience for employees and provide insightful and actionable data for leadership.

Before starting TechReady HR, Angeli led multiple large-scale initiatives at Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley focused on the development of HR strategies and digital products. With extensive experience as a product owner, she loves bridging the gap between the end user, technology and business leaders, in order to deliver on organizational and financial objectives.

Angeli is considered a thought leader and expert at partnering with clients to design user-centric solutions and experiences, managing cycles from ideation to delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams, and facilitating change.
